Returns Policy

Here at The Packaging Factory, we stand by the quality of our products. While we are unable to accept returns for bespoke printed packaging, your satisfaction remains our top priority. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

With our 'no-quibbles' guarantee, you can shop with confidence. If, for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the invoice date, and we'll provide a full refund for the item's purchase price.

Please be aware that this return policy excludes bespoke packaging purchases, such as custom-printed or tailored boxes.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we'll gladly refund the delivery charges. Re-deliveries may be subject to standard rates. For assistance, please refer to the contact details provided below.

In the rare event of a faulty or damaged item, our returns team will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.

Right to Cancel - (Excluding Bespoke Packaging)

Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods, excluding bespoke packaging. However, please note that this right does not apply if sealed products have been opened or used. Due to the immediate manufacturing process, bespoke packaging cannot be refunded.

When returning goods, please ensure they are in their original condition.

Upon receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse, we'll reimburse you in full. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the goods are faulty or were delivered in error.
